 This page contains links to download the most commonly requested full county databases from our office.  The downloaded files are in standard ZIP compression format and are large.  The download times will vary greatly based on the speed of your connection and the availability of bandwidth on the server.  The size of each file is listed with a description below...

   Full taxroll and sales in a text file, comma separated value format.  The taxroll file contains one record for each active parcel in Manatee County and the sale file contains one record for each sale posted to an active parcel. (rollsale_ascii.ZIP 57 MB)  Click Here

   Countywide parcel boundaries in Arc/Info Shape and Export formats.  The boundary file contains one parcel for each property that has a surface interest boundary.  It does not contain information for features like condominium units and mineral rights properties. The map databases will be updated every two weeks while the tax roll databases are updated each week.  Other smaller databases that will be added in the future will be updated only periodically.
